My sincere apology towards my attitude just now or should I say recently/lately. I know that not only me have personal problem. Everyone does. I knew every problems have their solutions. And how I wish I could find that solutions as soon as possible so that I can actually enjoy the urge of IVP.

I know what you guys are thinking.. "This is bunch of excuses!!" But put it this way, will you behave the same way as I am if you're in my shoe. WILL YOU? It's not because of Selatra that I behave this way. And it's not even Selatra's fault at the first place. WTH am I talking! Haish..

Anyway, sorry for not attending training today. I'm really not in a good condition to train. Not because of laziness, but health restrictions. Will, join you guys in training, hopefully on Saturday. Insya allah.


Cakh cakh is now in Denmark.. Cool aite? The weather there is super cold. From the e-mail cakh cakh send to me. The food there is bloody expensive. Can you imagine, 1 tomato costs SGD $10? It's hard to believe aite? But that's the actual facts. Pity cakh cakh need to suffer there for another week. I miss her a lot. So do abang. Oh ya, did I tell you.. She bought an expensive cold wear for SGD $500. Wow!! First time, she bought herself something really expensive. Congratulations cakh cakh!! (sacrastic)
